Green Waste
In Oregon recycling is part of our everyday lives. At the Pacific Region Compost (PRC) facility we take it one step farther and offer our customers and option to recycle organic materials including green waste such as landscaping material.
Composting puts organic waste to good use as new products. Whether your green waste came from your backyard or a construction site the PRC will take it, process the material and ensure an excellent end product.

At the PRC we process the materials for use for a variety of things including:
- Soil amendment
- Turf establishment/garden bed preparation
- Reclamation/remediation (fire, landfill caps, quarries, wetlands)

- Roadside vegetation

- Growing media component
- Container or potting soils
- Landscaping (e.g. rooftop, raised planters)
- Backfill mixes (tree and shrub planting)
- Golf course (e.g. tee, green, divot mixes)

If you have green waste or wood waste to dispose of visit us Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. or Saturday 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. at 124 Camp Adair Road, Monmouth, OR.
